Well, here we are at 9 months & sitting for the chair picture is a tall order! It took my Mom, myself & some distracting props to get any pictures that weren't of her climbing out of the chair!

First Snow!

So Landry got to see some snow today! We bundled up as quick as we could because I knew it wouldn't last long. She looked very intensely at what this "stuff" was & was very interested in how it felt. Not sure she liked the wet bottom she had but it was worth the pictures!

Here it is, the monthly pic. Landry is such a big girl & it was a little challenging today as she thought she could get down all by herself. This may be the last picture in the chair where she is seated because she is on the move!

Leaf Fun!

After Landry got up from her nap this afternoon I brought her outside to enjoy the beautiful day. What is it about this little person that allows you to have no care if she scatters the piles of leaves you just spent so much time raking...maybe it's because it's so sweet to watch her discover each one of them for the differences that they posses. Also, how she thinks that in some way they may taste good! Boy, isn't there sooooo much more to learn!

Trick Or Treat

We went Trick or Treating with the Stults Family. Gage was so excited for "Baby Landry" to come over. He made sure he put up his "rifle" & got down all of his "soft" toys for her to play with. Aunt Bella, aka-Kjirsten, gave Landry a pumpkin full of surprises. One of them being a glow stick that Daddy wore around his neck. She was very fascinated with it. We wanted to keep her out later than usual so the time change "hopefully" wouldn't affect her...the glow stick helped get through a few rough spots :) She was a real trooper & our mission did work...slept till our usual 7am on Sunday! We had a great time! Thanks for dinner Kj!

Costume Party!

These are Landry's friends from her Mimi's Daycare. Mimi asked that they all wear their costumes on Friday. Landry doesn't go on Fridays but we couldn't resist not stopping by.

Cool Day, Warm Sun

I laid a blanket out in the yard yesterday so Landry could play while I spread mulch in our flower bed. It was a little cool so we bundled-up & found a spot in the sun. She loves being outside watching the leaves blow, watching Dexter (our Beagle) run around & listening to our wind chime ring.

Under, Not Over...

This is from Thursday afternoon...
Landry can scoot anywhere and anywhere means under the ottoman. I went to the bathroom & returned to find her lower half under the ottoman. She then got her head under it & spotted Mocha (our cat) on the other side.

I see a kitty on the other side...

and now I'm stuck & yes I'm about to cry!!!

Lucky #7

Ok, so my laptop just decided it had enough & checked out of my life about 3 wks ago. Yes, I'm sad! It's amazing how spoiled you get to having freedom of checking your email, uploading pics, paying your bills, or shopping anywhere you want in the house! So, I'm back to using my Mac in our office & it takes a very special effort to get in here & be productive...I feel isolated :)
But L is LUCKY #7 today & I have some pics I wanna share.

Well, here is Landry & her new favorite position. She rocks back & forth but hasn't yet figured out what to do with this new found knee thing...I foresee our parental duties increasing at a very fast rate that involves installing outlet plugs & cabinet locks!
The yellow Sun Mirror in the back ground has become a new fav. I will hear her jabbering & peek around the corner & she is holding the mirror w/ both hands talking to "the baby".
